the grafite life: The best studio in the world (atleast I think so)

Well thats my Home "Studio" ^^^ ...recently re-organised to actually have space to move and with my oldskool keyboard finally set-up!

Gear:

Roland E20 "seriously oldskool" keyboard
Fostex PM1 mkii Monitors (ie Speakers)
Focusrite Saffire LE (my soundcard)
Mbox 2 mini (dad's soundcard for the iMac)
iMac
too many external hard-drives
Vestax VCI-100
Ultrasone DJ1 h'fones (in the black bag)
Macbook Pro (older one, not in the pic)

I just got my keyboard set-up a couple of days ago and it's refreshing to be using the keyboard to play with the sounds rather than a mouse and keyboard! Because the keyboard is oldskool (from 1988, bought off of some, I assume, kinky german musicians by my dad when I was about...8? ) it only has a midi port (rather than USB) which is why I have my soundcard set-up (the Mbox isn't anywhere near as good as my Saffire).

Anyway I'm thinking of ditching the Vestax and getting myself an Akai MPD24 or MPK49 (hmm or even both ..muhahahaha) so I can get into Live Performance and taking my sound more pop (yes, I know, a dirty word ..hehe) ie. more presets/pnau style (and maybe eventually like Pendulum's live style) rather than Hannah Montana and Britney Spears (hmmm that would be interesting though, me with a mic lip syncing =P )
